Those of you who are new to this profession and would like to enjoy operating your own successful business or be part of an on going established firm, have come to THE source of Quality Education.  Please read the recommendations from former students who know!

The Home Inspection Licensing Course is a five (5) part (module) teaching system that you must take to be a New York State licensed professional Home Inspector. After you have successfully completed all 5 modules, you can sit for a N.Y. State test for your actual professional license.   This test costs about $50.00 (cash is NOT accepted) and is normally given monthly in Albany, Franklin Square, Hauppauge, NYC, Syracuse, Buffalo & Rochester. Students are allowed 2 1/2 ours to complete the test (multiple choice) and you must answer at least 70% of the questions to pass the test.  If you pass the written exam, you will receive a notice in the mail. That original notice (not a copy) must be submitted with your application form, license fee, etc. (Complete application details are provided in the application form instructions.

The first four (4) modules are class room orientated with a written test at the end of each module.  Module five (5) is all non-paid, field work with no written test.  If you fail module one to four, you may take it over again until you do pass.

I have a 100% success rate with my students!  Your future is taken seriously here and what you need to know is taught in a manner that supports and encourages you.  You will perform actual inspections on real homes, not some class room adaptions or dummy houses.  Your teacher is probably the most experienced person in this field with many thousands of inspections completed.
