Course Cancellations & Refunds
Policy relating to Licensing courses cancellation / refunds:
The below Refund Policy is in compliance with NYS Department of State, Bureau of Educational Standards, Section 197-3.10 “Policies concerning course cancellation and tuition refund”.
Cromlech Architect, P.C. reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If we cancel a course, we will give you the choice of registering for the next course date or receiving a refund for the full course fee you have paid (subject to the below restrictions).
There is a minimum size to all courses of 1 individual. This is to specifically offer you the best educational opportunities and most flexible date schedule.
More than one individual is encouraged to attend. I reserve the right to combine several students into a single course date by changing schedule dates, if more than one student wants the same course. All students involved will be notified of the date change immediately via email.
Because all Licensing Course Module(s) have custom ordered textbooks for each attendee and they are quite expensive, refunds of 85% (minus the retail value of the course textbook), will be offered until 14 days before the Licensing Course Module(s) start date. If you cancel within 14 days of the Licensing Course Module(s) start date, refunds of 75% (minus the retail value of the course textbook) will apply (plus a $10.00 processing fee).
All student’s must pre-pay for each course in FULL prior to attending each and every course. Payments on the day of course attendance will not be accepted. If you do not pay in advance, the course may be cancelled or rescheduled at my discretion.
Failure by the student to attend the course on the course date and time, will be considered a cancellation by the student, within 14 days of the course start date.
